Greens of Glastonbury Organic Twanger Cheddar (V)(P)
A medal winning cheese made by the Green family at the foot of Glastonbury Tor.  Rich, full bodied with a lingering finish, Green’s organic Twanger Cheddar is made with fantastic milk from a local organic herd.

Wyfe of bath(V) (P)

Made by The Bath Soft Cheese company The Wyfe of Bath is a farmhouse style cheese made from organic pasteurized cows milk. It is a semi-hard cheese, the recipe for which is loosely based on a Dutch gouda, however, the Wyfe of Bath is pressed gently so it retains more moisture and has a wonderful buttery finish redolent of the fields of the farm.

Cornish blue cheese (V)(P)

Made by the Cornish cheese company in Liskeard,  Designed to be eaten as a young cheese, Cornish Blue is a very different product from traditional English blue cheeses. Its flavour is mild and creamy, with a dense texture and buttery richness, instead of the ‘salty tang’ common of other traditional blue cheeses it has a gentle sweetness.

Isle of Wight Blue (V)(P)
Isle of Wight Blue is a multiple award winning pasteurised soft blue cheese.  It has a naturally rinded soft blue flavour which intensifies with age.  The cheese is covered with beautiful grey, green and blue moulds which add a distinctive flavour

Lord London (V)(P)
This unique bell shaped cows’ cheese was created in honour of the London 2012 Olympics by Alsop and Walker cheese of East Sussex. Lord London is a semi-soft, clean citrus tasting cheese with a natural creaminess.  It has an edible skin with a light dusting. Served at the Royal Wedding Breakfast of Prince William and Kate, Duchess of Cambridge, this spectacular cheese was awarded Gold Award for the Best Soft Cheese and given the status of the Best Soft Cheese in Great Britain at the British Cheese Awards

Solstice (V)(P)
Made with a rich Guernsey cows milk, from a neighbouring farm, Solstice has a rich, yellow paste, with a pungent edible rind.  Previously known as ‘Goddess’ under Alex James’ brand, Peter Humphries of White Lake Cheese in Somerset has taken over the helm of making this glorious cheese. Influenced by the washed rind cheeses of Champagne, this cheese is washed in a Somerset Brandy. Think Langres.

Savour (V)

Made by Sharpham Cheeses near Totnes, Savour is a unpasteurised semi hard “washed curd” cheese made from a mix of Jersey cows’ and goats’ milk.  It is a creamy and pliant close textured cheese with a mellow and sweet flavour.

Driftwood (V) (P)

Made by Pete Humphries at White Lake Cheeses in Somerset.  Driftwood is a fresh, lactic log shaped Goats cheese is ash coated with a distinct lemon flavour and smooth thick texture.
